From the ancient wisdom of India we use the healing science of Ayurveda to maintain and promote our well being and a healthy life style. Ayurvedic treatments vary from detox, anti-stress, revitilising, anticellulites, for insomnia and sleep disorders, muscle tightness, etc.
Many of our disorders are caused by high levels of toxins in the body due to incomplete digestion, unhealthy habits, pollution, or simply the waste-product of improper digestion. If not eliminated on a regular basis, these toxins accumulates in a specific area of the body thus creating a heavy feeling and causing light disorders such as headache, constipation, etc. A larger toxic build up can even eventually lead to acute and chronic diseases. Ayurvedic treatments aim both to prevent diseases by maintaining our body in good health as well as restore the body balance by acting in those areas where some light disorders have already shown.
